Joe DeMarco

Founder & Coach

Joe DeMarco is a Toronto-based hockey development coach and the founder of NextGen Hockey School. In 2025 he was part of the Pro Hockey Brick Championship — one of the most prestigious hockey events in the world — and was recently named back to the Brick staff for 2027. Joe is also the coach of the U10 AAA Toronto Marlies, one of the most respected programs in Toronto minor hockey. His player-first philosophy blends elite skill development with a genuine love of the game.
